Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Oman and the United Arab Emirates using India-origin hot-rolled steel that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India (A-533-502) at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
