On 02/22/2022, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Oman and the United Arab Emirates using India-origin hot-rolled steel are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India (A-533-502).

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Oman and the United Arab Emirates using India-origin hot-rolled steel that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India (A-533-502) at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry.
Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued.

This instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures.
