1.
This is a correction to message 2046407, dated 02/15/2022, to correct information in the header and paragraphs one and two of that message.
2.
The header incorrectly identified this as a liquidation message instead of an injunction message.
Paragraphs one and two of message 2046407 contain incorrect information about the period of review covered by the injunction which omitted the gap period for previously liquidated entries not subject to this injunction.
Below is the fully corrected message.
3.
On 02/11/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 4 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum wire and cable from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-095) for the period 06/05/2019 through 12/01/2019; and 12/20/2019 through 11/30/2020.
This SI was issued in connection with court numbers 22-00016 and 22-00023.
4.
This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of aluminum wire and cable from China that were exported by Jin Tiong Electrical Materials Manufacturer PTE, Ltd., and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 06/05/2019 through 12/01/2019; and 12/20/2019 through 11/30/2020, with the exception of those entries entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the gap period of 12/02/2019 through 12/19/2019.
5.
Effective 02/11/2022 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 4 which remain unliquidated as of 02/11/2022.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.
6.
Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.
7.
Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
