The Department of
Commerce
has completed its
administrative review
of
the countervailing duty
order
on
certain carbon
steel products from Sweden and published the final results in
the Federal Register on January 14, 1992 (57 FR 1452).
2.
Imports covered by
this review are shipments from Sweden
of cold-rolled carbon steel flat-rolled products, whether or not
corrugated or crimped; whether or
not pickled, not cut,
not
pressed and
not stamped to non-rectangular shape; not coated
or plated with metal and
not clad; over
12 inches in
width
and of any thickness; whether or not in coils.
During
the
review period, such merchandise was classifiable
under
item
numbers
7209.11.00,
7209.12.00,
7209.13.00,
7209.21.00, 7209.22.00, 7209.23.00,
7209.24.50,
7209.31.00,
7209.32.00, 7209.33.00, 7209.34.00,
7209.41.00,
7209.43.00,
7209.44.00, 7209.90.00, 7211.30.50, 7211.41.70 and 7211.49.50
of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

Accordingly, for shipments of
certain carbon
steel
products entered,
or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption
on or after January 14, 1992, you
shall collect a
cash deposit
of estimated countervailing duties of 2.56 percent of the F.O.B.
invoice price of all shipments of this merchandise.
4.
These
cash deposit requirements will remain in
effect
until publication of
the final results of
the next
administrative
review.
Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise included in
this administrative review
until assessment instructions are
received.
