1. On May 7, 1992, the Court of International Trade issued an
order directing Commerce to recind the revocation of the
countervailing duty orders listed below.

2. In accordance with the court's order you are instructed to
suspend liquidation of all entries of the subject merchandise
entered or withdrawn from warehouse on or after May 18, 1992, if
unliquidated at 5:00 PM on May 18, 1992, at the following rates:
