AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S DETERMINATION, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN COMPANIES.
THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF STAINLESS STEEL SHEET AND STRIP IN COILS FROM JAPAN ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 06/08/2012, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE.

IF ANY ENTRIES OF MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE MANUFACTURER, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY:
