1. On 06/28/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Republic of Korea (A-580-809) for the period 11/01/2019 through 10/31/2020. This SI was issued in connection with court number 22-00160. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which are circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Republic of Korea that were produced and/or exported by: - Husteel Co., Ltd - Hyundai Steel Company (also known as Hyundai Steel Corporation; Hyundai Steel; and Hyundai Steel (Pipe Division)) - Aju Besteel - Bookook Steel - Chang Won Bending - Dae Ryung - Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (Dsme) - Daiduck Piping - Dong Yang Steel Pipe - Dongbu Steel (also known as Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd.) - Eew Korea Company - Hyundai Rb - Kiduck Industries - Kum Kang Kind - Kumsoo Connecting - Miju Steel Mfg. (also known as Miju Steel Manufacturing) - Nexteel Co., Ltd. (also known as Nexteel) - Samkang M&T - Seah Fs - Seah Steel (also known as Seah Steel Corporation) - Steel Flower - Vesta Co., Ltd. - Ycp Co. that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period November 1, 2019, through October 31, 2020. 3. Effective 06/28/2022 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message numbers 2166404, 2166406, and 2166408, dated 06/15/2022. 6.
