NOTIFIED THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE OF ITS NEGATIVE FINAL
DETERMINATIONS IN THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATIONS OF
STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM
LUXEMBOURG AND SPAIN.
THE
ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATIONS OF STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM
LUXEMBOURG AND SPAIN HAVE BEEN TERMINATED.

FOR FURTHER REPORTING PURPOSES THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY
INVESTIGATION OF STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM SPAIN HAS BEEN
ASSIGNED INVESTIGATION NUMBER A-469-811.
FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES
ONLY THE FOLLOWING IDENTIFICATION NUMBER SHOULD BE USED
A-470-811.

FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF
ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER JUNE 28, 2002, FOR BOTH OF
THESE CASES.
ALL ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES DEPOSITED ON
ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED ON BOTH
OF THESE CASES SHALL BE REFUNDED AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY
RELEASED AT THE TIME OF LIQUIDATION.

INTEREST PROVISIONS OF SECTION 778 OF THE TARIFF ACT OF 1930
DO NOT APPLY.
