On 07/27/2012, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (A-570-831) for the period 11/01/2009 through 10/31/2010.

This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 12-00181 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were exported by Jinan Farmlady Trading Co., Ltd. and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 11/01/2009 through 10/31/2010.
Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 2179301 dated 06/27/2012.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

Commerce's APO Docket Center is served with the above-referenced injunction on 07/30/2012.
Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of the day on which copies of this order are personally served on Commerce's APO Docket Center.
