353.22 OF THE COMMERCE REGULATIONS.
2. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS NOT RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR AN
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY FINDING ORDER FOR
CERTAIN PERIODS ON THE MERCHANDISE LISTED BELOW, EXCEPT FOR THE

CUSTOMS MUST ASCERTAIN MANUFACTURERS
PRODUCERS OF ALL ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE.
IF THE LISTED
FIRM IS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED AS AN EXPORTER, SUSPEND ALL
ENTRIES THAT IN ANY WAY INVOLVES THIS EXPORTER.
IF THE EXCEPTED
FIRM IS A MANUFACTURER PRODUCER EXPORTER COMBINATION THE
SUSPENSION INSTRUCTIONS APPLY ONLY TO ENTRIES THAT INVOLVE THIS
COMBINATION OF FIRMS.
5. THIS TELEX CONSTITUTES THE IMMEDIATE LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
OF LIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES FOR THE MERCHANDISE AND PERIODS
LISTED ABOVE.
YOU SHALL CONTINUE TO COLLECT CASH DEPOSITS OF
ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES FOR THE MERCHANDISE AT THE CURRENT

6. WHENEVER THE USE OF THE ABOVE VALUES RESULTS IN THE ASSESSMENT
OF ANTIDUMPING DUTIES YOU SHOULD REQUIRE OF THE IMPORTER PRIOR TO
LIQUIDATION THE REIMBURSEMENT STATEMENT DESCRIBED IN SECTION
353.26
OF
THE COMMERCE DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS.
IF THE IMPORTER
HAS BEEN REIMBURSED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES OR FAILS TO RESPOND TO
YOUR FORMAL REQUEST (VIA CF 28 OR 29) FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT
STATEMENT PRIOR TO LIQUIDATION, CUSTOMS SHOULD DOUBLE THE ANTI-
DUMPING DUTIES DUE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE-REFERENCED
REGULATION.
