ANTIDUMPING INVESTIGATION ON STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM RUSSIA.
THE CORRECT CUSTOMS CASE NUMBER IS A-462-814.

AS STATED IN MESSAGE 2191205 OF 07/10/2002, THE INTERNATIONAL
TRADE COMMISSION NOTIFIED THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ON JUNE 28,
2002, OF ITS NEGATIVE FINAL DETERMINATIONS IN THE ANTIDUMPING
DUTY INVESTIGATIONS OF
STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM
GERMANY, THE
PRC, RUSSIA, SOUTH
AFRICA, AND TAIWAN.
THEREFORE, THE
ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATIONS OF
STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM
GERMANY, THE PRC, RUSSIA, SOUTH
AFRICA, AND TAIWAN HAVE BEEN
TERMINATED.

FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF
ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 28, 2001.
ALL
ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES DEPOSITED ON ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT
MERCHANDISE SHALL BE REFUNDED AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY
RELEASED AT THE TIME OF LIQUIDATION.
