1. This is a correction of paragraph 3 in message 2193307, dated 07/11/2012.

2. Paragraph 3 of message 2193307 contained incomplete instructions concerning the classification of certain entries that are still suspended and unliquidated, and are subject to the final scope determination on Fedmet's Bastion product line of magnesia alumina carbon bricks. The 07/02/2012 final scope ruling referenced in message 2193307 stated that CBP would be given instructions regarding treatment of entries subject to the scope ruling.

3. Paragraph 3 of message 2193307 reads as follows:

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of magnesia carbon bricks from Mexico, including the Bastion product line of magnesia alumina carbon bricks imported by Fedmet described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from Mexico.

4. Instead, paragraph 3 of message number 2193307 should read as follows:

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of magnesia carbon bricks from Mexico, including the Bastion product line of magnesia alumina carbon bricks imported by Fedmet described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from Mexico. Re-classify as Type 3 entries any Type 1 entries that are subject to this ruling, i.e., Fedmet Bastion magnesia alumina carbon bricks that are unliquidated and that entered or were withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 09/26/2011, the date of the initiation of the scope inquiry.
