OF COMMERCE HAS REVOKED THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON CERTAIN
SEAMLESS CARBON AND ALLOY STEEL STANDARD, LINE AND PRESSURE PIPE
FROM ITALY (A-475-814) AND PUBLISHED THE REVOCATION IN THE
FEDERAL
REGISTER ON JULY 16, 2000, 66 FR 36999.
THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THE REVOCATION IS AUGUST 3, 2000.

THEREFORE, CUSTOMS IS DIRECTED TO TERMINATE THE SUSPENSION OF
LIQUIDATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OF CERTAIN SEAMLESS CARBON AND
ALLOY
STEEL STANDARD, LINE AND PRESSURE PIPE FROM ITALY (A-475-
814) ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION
ON OR
AFTER AUGUST
3, 2000.
ALL ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE
SUSPENDED ON OR AFTER
AUGUST 3, 2000 SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED
WITHOUT REGARD TO ANTIDUMPING
DUTIES (I.E., RELEASE ALL BONDS
AND REFUND ALL CASH DEPOSITS, WITH
INTEREST.)
INTEREST SHALL BE
CALCULATED FROM THE DATE PAYMENT OF
ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES
IS REQUIRED THROUGH THE DATE OF
LIQUIDATION.
THE RATE AT WHICH
SUCH INTEREST IS PAYABLE IS THE RATE IN
EFFECT UNDER SECTION
6621 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954 FOR
SUCH PERIOD.

ALL SUSPENDED ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT ENTERED OR
WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO AUGUST 3, 2000 SHOULD NOT,
REPEAT NOT, BE LIQUIDATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.
