On 10/31/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (C-552-829) for the period 11/10/2020 through 12/31/2021, excluding any merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on 03/10/2021 through 07/15/2021 (i.e., the "gap" period).
This SI was issued in connection with court number 21-00397.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam:
(a) which were produced and/or exported by Kumho Tire (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
(b) That were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam:
Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, 86 Fed. Reg. 28566 (May 27, 2021).
(c) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 11/10/2020 through 12/31/2021, excluding any merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on March 10, 2021, through July 15, 2021 (i.e., the "gap" period).

Effective 10/31/2022 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 10/31/2022.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
