1. On 07/13/2015, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a final decision in the case of Swiff-Train Co. v. United States (court no. 2014-1814), affirming the U.S. Court of International Trade's decision in Swiff-Train Co. v. United States (court no. 12-00010).
The injunction to which message 4259302 dated 09/16/2014 refers, enjoined entries which were entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption by Swiff-Train Co.; Metropolitan Hardwood Floors, Inc.; BR Customs Surface; Real Wood Floors, LLC; and Gallaher Corp. on or after May 26, 2011, until November 30, 2012, and have not subsequently been excluded from the antidumping order by virtue of the Court of International Trade's final decision in the case of Zhejiang Layo Wood Industry Co., Ltd. et al. v. United States (court no. 12-00013).
As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 4259302 refers, dissolved on 10/13/2015, with respect to enjoined entries which were entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption by Swiff-Train Co.; BR Customs Surface; Real Wood Floors, LLC; and Gallaher Corp.
