On 08/09/2022 (87 FR 48455), Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020. See message 2228404, dated 08/16/2022. 2. On 12/22/2022 (87 FR 78649), Commerce published in the Federal Register its second amended final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada for the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020. Commerce inadvertently failed to include Brink Forest Products Ltd. and Vanderhoof Specialty Wood Products Ltd. in the Initiation Notice (86 FR 12599, 03/04/2021) and the Final Results Notice (87 FR 48455, 08/09/2022). These cash deposit instructions cover the two companies omitted in the final results. 3. For shipments of softwood lumber from Canada entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/09/2022, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value: Producer and/or Exporter: Brink Forest Products Ltd. Case number: C-122-858-262 Cash deposit rate: 3.83% Producer and/or Exporter: Vanderhoof Specialty Wood Products Ltd. Case number: C-122-858-281 Cash deposit rate: 3.83% 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5.
