1. On 03/20/2013, in response to a request by Asia Sourcing Corporation (“ASC”), Commerce issued a final scope determination that three models of dock ladder kits, ASE, ASH, and DJX3-W, as well as strip door mounting brackets, which ASC imports, are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”) (A-570-967).

2. Because ASC's three dock ladder kit models ASE, ASH, and DJX3-W, as well as ASC's strip door mounting brackets, do not contain non-extruded aluminum components beyond fasteners, Commerce found these products to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of aluminum extrusions from the PRC, including dock ladder kit models ASE, ASH, and DJX3-W, and strip door mounting brackets imported by ASC, described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the PRC.
