Commerce published in the Federal Register on 03/24/2023 (88 FR 17808) the suspension of antidumping duty investigation notice on white grape juice concentrate from Argentina.
Imports of white grape juice concentrate from Argentina are subject to the terms and conditions pursuant to the suspension agreement between Commerce and the signatory producers or exporters.

The merchandise covered by the suspension agreement is white grape juice concentrate from Argentina with a Brix level of 65 to 68, whether in frozen or non-frozen forms. White grape juice concentrate is concentrated grape juice produced from grapes of the Vitis vinifera L. species with a white flesh, including fresh market table grapes and raisin grapes (e.g., Thompson Seedless), as well as several varietals of wine grapes (e.g., Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, etc.).
The scope of the suspension agreement covers white grape juice concentrate regardless of whether it has been certified as kosher, organic, or organic kosher.
The white grape juice concentrate subject to the suspension agreement consists of 100 percent grape juice with no other types of juice intermixed and no additional sugars or additives included.
The scope of the suspension agreement does not cover white grape juice concentrate produced from grapes of the Vitis labrusca species (e.g., Niagara).
The products subject to the suspension agreement are currently classifiable under subheadings 2009.69.0040 and 2009.69.0060 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
Although the HTS Subheadings are provided for convenience or customs purposes, the written description of the scope of the suspension agreement is dispositive.

CBP shall discontinue the suspension of liquidation of all entries of white grape juice concentrate from Argentina regardless of the producer or exporter.
Effective 04/14/2023, terminate the suspension of liquidation and liquidate all entries of subject merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/03/2022 as instructed in message 2308404, dated 11/04/2022.
Refund any cash deposits relating to entries of the subject merchandise described above.

These instructions constitute notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 3. Accordingly, notice of the lifting of suspension occurred on the message date of these instructions.

The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
