ENTRIES WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON
FRESHWATER CRAWFISH TAIL MEAT FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL, THE U.S. COURT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE
DISMISSED NORTH SUPREME'S ACTION.
THEREFORE, THE PRELIMINARY
INJUNCTION ISSUED BY THE U.S. COURT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IS
DISSOLVED.

ACCORDINGLY, YOU ARE
NOW INSTRUCTED TO LIQUIDATE ALL SHIPMENTS OF FRESHWATER CRAWFISH
TAIL MEAT FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA PRODUCED AND
EXPORTED BY NORTH SUPREME WHICH WERE ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE FOR CONSUMPTION DURING THE PERIOD 09/01/2000 THROUGH
10/31/2001 AT THE RATE OF 201.63%.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS CONSTITUTE THE IMMEDIATE LIFTING OF
SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES FOR THE MERCHANDISE AND
PERIOD LISTED ABOVE.
FOR ALL OTHER SHIPMENTS OF FRESHWATER
CRAWFISH TAIL MEAT FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA PRODUCED
AND EXPORTED BY NORTH SUPREME YOU SHALL, UNLESS OTHERWISE
INSTRUCTED, CONTINUE TO COLLECT CASH DEPOSITS OF ESTIMATED
ANTIDUMPING DUTIES FOR THE MERCHANDISE AT A CASH DEPOSIT RATE OF
223.01%.
