COMMISSION (ITC), PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER, IT'S FINAL
DETERMINATION THAT AN INDUSTRY IN THE UNITED STATES IS NOT
MATERIALLY INJURED OR THREATENED WITH MATERIAL INJURY, AND THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRY IN THE UNITED STATES IS
NOTMATERIALLY RETARDED, BY REASON OF IMPORTS OF
CERTAIN
COLD-ROLLED CARBON STEEL FLAT PRODUCTS FROM VARIOUS COUNTRIES.
THE CASES TERMINATED FOR CERTAIN COLD-ROLLED CARBON STEEL FLAT

LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS
FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF

ALL ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES
DEPOSITED ON ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE SHALL BE REFUNDED
AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY RELEASED AT THE TIME OF
LIQUIDATION.
