On 12/03/2013, in response to a request by Real Wood Floors, LLC, Commerce issued a final scope determination that Real Wood Floors, LLC's multilayered wood flooring which Real Wood Floors, LLC imports is within the scope of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (C-570-971).

2. Commerce found that the physical properties, the essential characteristic, and the end use of Real Wood Floors' rough lumber are significantly altered in the People's Republic of China, such that the imported product meets the physical description of merchandise covered by the countervailing duty order after being processed in the People's Republic of China. Thus, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China, including Real Wood Floors, LLC's engineered multilayered wood flooring imported by Real Wood Floors, LLC described above, subject to the countervailing duty order on People's Republic of China.
