1. On 02/08/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Republic of Korea (A-580-809). This SI was issued in connection with court number 23-00256. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam determined to be circumventing the antidumping order on Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe from the Republic of Korea (A-580-809) that were produced and/or exported by SeAH Steel VINA Corporation; that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe from the Republic of Korea: Final Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Order; 88 Fed. Reg. 77270 (November 9, 2023); and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 08/04/2022. 3. Effective 02/08/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. These entries may have been made under third country case number A-552-011. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
