1991 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1991 REVIEW PERIOD AND PUBLISHED
THE FINAL RESULTS IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON FEBRUARY 3, 1994
(59 FR 5176).

IMPORTS COVERED BY THIS REVIEW ARE SHIPMENTS OF INDUSTRIAL
PHOSPHORIC ACID FROM ISRAEL.
THIS MERCHANDISE IS CURRENTLY
CLASSIFIABLE UNDER ITEM NUMBER 2809.20.00 OF THE HARMONIZED
TARIFF SCHEDULE.

ACCORDINGLY, FOR SHIPMENTS OF INDUSTRIAL PHOSPHORIC ACID
ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR
AFTER FEBRUARY 3, 1994, YOU SHALL COLLECT A CASH DEPOSIT OF
6.98 PERCENT OF THE F.O.B. INVOICE PRICE FOR ALL FIRMS.

THESE CASH DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL
PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL RESULTS OF THE NEXT ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW.
DO NOT LIQUIDATE ANY ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE
INCLUDED IN THIS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW UNTIL ASSESSMENT
INSTRUCTIONS ARE ISSUED.
INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL
AT LEAST 30 DAYS AFTER PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL RESULTS, AND
