On 05/20/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (A-570-970) on or after 05/26/2011 (but excluding entries between 11/22/2011 and 12/6/2011).

This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 12-00020 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/26/2011 (but excluding entries between 11/22/2011 and 12/6/2011); and were the subject of the final determination (76 FR 64318, dated 10/18/2011); and were exported from the People's Republic of China to the United States by Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited.
Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by the injunction have not yet been issued.

The injunction does not apply to the entries covered by the liquidation instructions in message number 1341303, dated 12/07/2011.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 05/20/2014.
Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on 05/21/2014) , the business day after which copies of this order are personally served on Commerce's APO Docket Center.
