1. On 6/5/14, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on Certain Frozen Fish Fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-552-801) for the period 8/1/11 through 7/31/12.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 14-00113 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were exported by Vinh Hoan Corporation; Van Duc Food Export Joint Company ; Van Duc Tien Giang; the Hung Vuong Group; An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company; Asia Pangasius Company Limited; Europe Joint Stock Company; Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company; Hung Vuong Mascato Company Limited; Hung Vuong–Vinh Long Co., Ltd.; Hung Vuong–Sa Dec Co., Ltd.; An My Fish Joint Stock Company; Anvifish Joint Stock Company (also known by the trade names Anvifish Co., Ltd. and Anvifish JSC); Asia Commerce Fisheries Joint Stock Company; Binh An Seafood Joint Stock Company; Cadovimex II Seafood Import-Export and Processing Joint Stock Company; Cantho Import-Export Seafood Joint Stock Company; Cuu Long Fish Import-Export Corporation (also known by the trade name CL Panga Fish); Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company; East Sea Seafoods Limited Liability Company (also known by the trade names East Sea Seafoods LLC and ESS); Green Farms Seafood Joint Stock Company; Hiep Thanh Seafood Joint Stock Company; Hoa Phat Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC; International Development & Investment Corporation; NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company; QVD Food Company Ltd; QVD Dong Thap Food Co., Ltd.; Thuan Hung Co., Ltd.; Saigon Mekong Fishery Co., Ltd.; Seafood Joint Stock Company No.4 Branch Dongtam Fisheries Processing Company; Southern Fishery Industries Company Ltd.; Sunrise Corporation; Thien Ma Seafood Co., Ltd.; To Chau Joint Stock Company; Viet Phu Food & Fish Corporation; or Vinh Quang Fisheries Corporation, and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 8/1/11 through 7/31/12. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4115303, dated 4/25/14.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Commerce's APO Docket Center received the above-referenced injunction on 6/5/14. The injunction does not require service to take effect. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on 6/5/14.
