On 07/18/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register (79 FR 41964) its final affirmative determination and final affirmative critical circumstances determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Turkey (C-489-817).

Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Turkey from Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi and three affiliates (see below), Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S. and four affiliates (see below), and all others.
CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/19/2014, which is 90 days before the date on which the first affirmative determination in this investigation published in the Federal Register.
Effective 04/19/2014, for such entries, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
