1. On 07/23/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (A-570-970) for the period 05/26/2011 through 11/30/2012.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 14-00137 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were exported from the People's Republic of China by any of the following companies: Metropolitan Hardwood Floors, Inc.; Baishan Huafeng Wood Product Co., Ltd.; Dalian Dajen Wood Co., Ltd.; Dalian Penghong Floor Products Co., Ltd.; Dasso Industrial Group Co., Ltd.; Dunhua City Hongyuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; Dunhua City Wanrong Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; Fujian Wuyishan Werner Green Industry Co., Ltd.; Fusong Jinlong Wooden Group Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Hanje Tec Co., Ltd.; Hunchun Forest Wolf Wooden Industry Co., Ltd.; Huzhou Chenghang Wood Co., Ltd.; Huzhou Fulinmen Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.; Jianfeng Wood (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.; Jilin Forest Industry Jinqiao Flooring Group Co., Ltd.; Mudanjiang Bosen Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; Nakahiro Jyou Sei Furniture (Dalian) Co., Ltd.; Shanghai Eswell Timber Co., Ltd.; Shanghai Shenlin Corp.; Xuzhou Shenghe Wood Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Fuma Warm Technology Co., Ltd; or Zhejiang Shiyou Timber Co., Ltd. and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 05/26/2011 through 11/30/2012. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4196324, dated 07/15/2014.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 07/23/2014. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 07/23/2014.
