On 09/02/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of sugar from Mexico from 11/10/2014 until no later than 01/07/2015, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of sugar from Mexico (79 FR 51956).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message number 4246302 dated 09/03/2014.

4. For imports of sugar from Mexico, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/02/2014.
