On 08/29/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (A-570-967) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/07/2010.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 14-00199.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries subject to the order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China which were exported by Kromet International Inc., Dongguan Golden Tiger Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Whirlpool Electrical Appliances, Co., Ltd., Hanyung Alcobis Co., Ltd., Henan New Kelong Electrical Appliances, Co., Ltd., or Shanghai Tongtai Precise Aluminum Alloy Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; were imported by Whirlpool Corporation, were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/07/2010; and that remain unliquidated as of 08/29/2014, which is the effective date of the Court's Order.

Effective 08/29/2014, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 08/29/2014.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for some of the entries affected by this PI were sent in message number 4042301, dated 02/11/2014, and message number 4049302, dated 02/18/2014, corrected by message number 4104301, dated 04/14/2014.
Liquidation instructions for the remaining entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
