1. On 09/12/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (A-570-970) for the period 05/26/2011 through 11/30/2012.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 14-00135 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after May 26, 2011 until November 30, 2012 (but excluding those entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption from November 22, 2011 through December 6, 2011); were the subject of the administrative proceeding published in Multilayered Wood Flooring from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 2011-2012, 79 Fed. Reg. 26,712 (Dep't of Commerce May 9, 2014) as amended Multilayered Wood Flooring from the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 2011-2012, 79 Fed. Reg. 35,314 (Dep't of Commerce June 20, 2014); were imported from the People's Republic of China to the United States by or on behalf of Lumber Liquidators Services, LLC from the following exporters:

Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4196324, dated 07/15/2014.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 09/12/2014.
