On 09/23/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 77472) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada (A-122-857). 2. Commerce determined that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. in the context of the AD order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/23/2024 (date of publication of final results of changed circumstances review unless another effective date was determined), CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer and/or Exporter: TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. Case number: A-122-857-229 Cash deposit rate: 7.66% 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
