1. On 10/09/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) and a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840) for the period 02/01/2012 through 01/31/2013. These documents were issued in connection with court number 14-00226.

Effective 10/09/2014 (the date the Court issued the TRO/PI), no liquidation of the entries referred to in paragraph 2 may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 10/09/2014 through 5 p.m. on 10/14/2014. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Pursuant to the terms of the PI, no liquidation of the entries referred to in paragraph 2 may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5 p.m. on 10/14/2014.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the TRO and PI.

6. The TRO and PI apply to the liquidation instructions in message numbers 4261301, 4265304, and 4266302, dated 09/18/2014, 09/22/2014, and 09/23/2014, respectively.
