On 06/17/2024, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether certain solar modules that HT Solar Enerji AS manufactured in the Republic of Turkiye are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China (A-570-979; C-570-980). On 10/17/2024, Commerce rescinded the scope inquiry of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain solar modules that HT Solar Enerji AS manufactured in the Republic of Turkiye. 3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain solar modules that are subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China at the applicable rate(s) in effect on the date of entry until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 5.
