On 11/04/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the People's Republic of China (A-570-893) for the period 02/01/2012 through 01/31/2013.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 14-00286.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption between February 1, 2012 and January 31, 2013, and were exported by Hilltop International or its affiliates, Yelin Enterprise Co., Ltd., Ocean Beauty Corporation, and Ever Hope International Co., Ltd., case number A-570-893-058.

Effective 11/04/2014, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 11/04/2014.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4290306, dated 10/17/2014.
