Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of seamless oil country tubular goods completed in Thailand using steel billets manufactured in the People's Republic of China that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods from China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
