1. On 01/16/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India (C-570-833) for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00207-MAB. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were: (1) produced and/or exported by Balkrishna Industries Ltd.; Aakriti Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.; Apollo Tyres Ltd.; Asian Tire Factory Limited; Asiatic Tradelinks Private Limited; Cavendish Industries Ltd.; CEAT Ltd.; Celite Tyre Corporation; Emerald Resilient Tyre Manufacturer; Forech India Private Limited; HRI Tires India; Innovative Tyres & Tubes Limited; JK Tyre & Industries Ltd; John Deere India Pvt. Ltd.; K.R.M. Tyres; Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited; MRF Limited; MRL Tyres Limited (Malhotra Rubbers Ltd.); Neosym Industry Limited; OTR Laminated Tyres (I) Pvt. Ltd.; Royal Tyres Private Limited; Rubberman Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.; Speedways Rubber Company; Sun Tyre And Wheel Systems; Sundaram Industries Private Limited; Superking Manufacturers (Tyre) Pvt., Ltd.; TVS Srichakra Limited; and Ultra Mile; (2) subject to the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires from India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022, (89 FR 84331, 10/22/2024); and (3) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. 3. Effective 01/16/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 01/16/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
