1. Effective 10/19/2024, Commerce established a certification requirement for the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on aluminum wire and cable from the People's Republic of China (A-570-095/C-570-096).

Specifically, importers must certify entries of aluminum wire and cable (AWC) assembled or completed in Korea using Chinese-origin AWC inputs (e.g., stranded wire and cables or unfinished AWC) and that are subsequently exported from Korea to the United States. See message 5044413, dated 02/13/2025.
3. This certification requirement is applicable on a country-wide basis, however, certain companies are not eligible to certify their entries.
