On 02/25/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 10623) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada (C-122-858).

Commerce found that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd., in the context of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada.

Accordingly, for shipments of certain softwood lumber products from Canada which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/25/2025, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated countervailing duties at the following rate:

Cash deposit rate:
6.74%

This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice.
Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
