On 2/27/2015, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (A-552-801) for the period 08/01/2012 through 07/31/2013.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 15-00045.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption between August 1, 2012 through July 31, 2013, and were exported by the following entities: Asia Commerce Fisheries Joint Stock Company; Cadovimex II Seafood Import-Export and Processing Joint Stock Company; Dai Thanh Seafoods Company Limited; Fatifish Company Limited; Hoang Long Seafood Processing Company Limited; Nam Viet Corporation; QVD Food Company Ltd.; Saigon-Mekong Fishery Co., Ltd.; and Can Tho Import-Export Joint Stock Company.

Effective 2/27/2015 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm on 2/27/2015.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 5034302, dated 2/3/2015.
