On 03/05/2015, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on ball bearings and parts thereof from the United Kingdom ((A-412-201) for the period 05/01/2010 through 04/30/2011.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 15-00052.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which were the subject of the Department of Commerce's determination in Ball Bearings and Parts Thereof From Japan and the United Kingdom: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Reviews; 2010-2011, 80 FR 4248 (January 27, 2015), as amended in Ball Bearings and Parts Thereof From the United Kingdom: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2010-2011, 80 FR 9694 (February 24, 2015); were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption between May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011 by BMW of North America LLC; and were exported to the United States by Bayerische Motoren Werke AG.

Effective 03/05/2015 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm on 03/05/2015.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
