On 5/29/2015, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued preliminary injunctions (PIs) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from the People's Republic of China (A-570-010) for the periods 7/31/2014 through 1/26/2015 and 2/10/2015 through 1/31/2016.
These PIs were issued in connection with court numbers 15-00083 and 15-00088.

These PIs enjoin liquidation of any unliquidated entries of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from the People's Republic of China that were imported by SunPower Corporation and were suspended pursuant to Department of Commerce case number A-570-010 and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption from 7/31/2014 through 1/26/2015 and from 2/10/2015 through 1/31/2016.

Effective 5/29/2015, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm 5/29/2015.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PIs.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by these PIs have not yet been issued.
