1. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS COMPLETED ITS ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW OF THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR
SELF-PROPELLED BITUMINOUS PAVING EQUIPMENT FROM CANADA FOR
THE PERIOD SEPTEMBER 1, 1990 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 1991.

2. FOR SHIPMENTS OF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR SELF-PROPELLED
BITUMINOUS PAVING EQUIPMENT FROM CANADA ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN
FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION IN THE U.S. ON OR AFTER APRIL
14, 1995, A CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING
MANUFACTURERS/EXPORTERS:

A-122-057-001 ALLATT 6.86 PERCENT

3. FOR OTHER PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED COMPANIES NOT NAMED ABOVE, THE
CASH DEPOSIT RATE IS THE RATE PROVIDED IN THE
ANTIDUMPING/COUNTERVAILING DUTY MODULE.

4. FOR ALL OTHER CANADIAN MANUFACTURERS OF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR
SELF-PROPELLED BITUMINOUS PAVING EQUIPMENT, THE CASH DEPOSIT
REQUIRED IS 20.12 PERCENT.

5. THESE CASH DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL
PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL RESULTS FOR THE NEXT ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW.

6. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER BY CUSTOMS
OFFICERS, THEY SHOULD BE FORWARDED VIA EMAIL THROUGH THE
APPROPRIATE SUPERVISORY CHANNELS, TECHNICAL PROGRAMS
