On 07/16/2015, in response to a request by Dead Sea Magnesium Ltd., Commerce issued a final scope determination that Dead Sea Magnesium Ltd.'s proprietary, patented magnesium alloys, which Dead Sea Magnesium Ltd. imports, are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from the People's Republic of China (A-570-832).

2. Because the imported products contain 50 percent or greater, but less than 99.8 percent primary magnesium, by weight, and do not conform to ASTM specifications for alloy magnesium, Commerce found Dead Sea Magnesium Ltd.'s proprietary, patented magnesium alloys MRI 153M and MRI 230D to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of pure magnesium from the People's Republic of China, including Dead Sea Magnesium Ltd.'s proprietary, patented magnesium alloys described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from the People's Republic of China.
