RE: TERMINATION OF THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION
OF OCTG FROM AUSTRIA (A-433-805)


1. ON AUGUST 2, 1995, THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION (ITC)
NOTIFIED THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE OF ITS NEGATIVE FINAL
DETERMINATION IN THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION OF OIL
COUNTRY TUBULAR GOODS (OCTG) FROM AUSTRIA. THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY
INVESTIGATION OF OCTG FROM AUSTRIA HAS BEEN TERMINATED.

2. FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF
ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER FEBRUARY 2, 1995. ALL
ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES DEPOSITED ON ENTRY SUMMARIES OF THE
SUBJECT MERCHANDISE SHALL BE REFUNDED AND THE BONDS OR OTHER
SECURITY RELEASED AT THE TIME OF LIQUIDATION.

3. INTEREST PROVISIONS OF SECTION 778 OF THE TARIFF ACT OF 1930
DO NOT APPLY.
