ON AUGUST 2, 1995, THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION (ITC)
NOTIFIED THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE OF ITS NEGATIVE FINAL
DETERMINATION IN THE COUNTERVAILING DUTY INVESTIGATION OF OIL
COUNTRY TUBULAR GOODS (OCTG) FROM AUSTRIA.
THE COUNTERVAILING
DUTY INVESTIGATION OF OCTG FROM AUSTRIA HAS BEEN TERMINATED.
2.
FEILD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF
ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER JANUARY 24, 1995 AND
BEFORE MAY 24, 1995.
ALL ESTIMATED COUNTERVAILING DUTIES
DEPOSITED ON ENTRY SUMMARIES OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE SHALL BE
REFUNDED AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY RELEASED AT THE TIME OF
LIQUIDATION.
