On 11/18/2015, in response to a request by Immediate Response Technologies, Commerce issued a final scope determination that Immediate Response Technologies' IRT Scissor Strut, IRT Scissor Strut – 29” Tube with Holes, and IRT Scissor Strut - 29” Tube without Holes which Immediate Response Technologies imports is within the scope of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (A-570-967).

2. Because the imported products are composed either of aluminum extrusions alone or aluminum extrusions attached by a fastener and do not contain non-extruded aluminum material beyond fasteners, the products do not qualify under the exclusion for finished merchandise or the exclusion for a finished goods kit and Commerce found these products to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China, including Immediate Response Technologies' IRT Scissor Strut, IRT Scissor Strut – 29” Tube with Holes, and IRT Scissor Strut - 29” Tube without Holes, imported by Immediate Response Technologies described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China.
