1. On 03/10/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Final Determination of the Countervailing Duty Investigation in the countervailing duty investigation of oil country tubular goods from Turkey (81 FR 12691). The injunction to which message 4353305, dated 12/19/2014, refers, enjoining liquidation of entries that are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain oil country tubular goods from Turkey for the period 07/18/2014 through 12/31/2014 produced and/or exported by Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret, remains in effect during the pendency of the period of appeal or until a final and conclusive CAFC decision on any appeals.

2. As a result of the CIT's final decision, we amended the cash deposit rates for oil country tubular goods from Turkey. Therefore for shipments of oil country tubular goods from Turkey entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/03/2016, the effective date of the Court decision, the amended cash deposit requirements are as follows:
