Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on heavy walled rectangular carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico.
This amendment was published on 03/16/2016 in the Federal Register (81 FR 14090) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters.

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5231307, dated 08/19/2015.

For shipments of heavy walled rectangular carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/01/2016, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
