On 05/20/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-552-801) for the period 08/01/2013 through 07/31/2014.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 16-00072.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries that:
(1) Are subject to the Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review published as Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 81 Fed. Reg. 17435 (Dept. Commerce March 29, 2016) (final admin. review), Case No. A-552-801;
(2) Were exported to the United States by An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company, Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company, International Development and Investment Corporation, Thuan An Production Trading and Services Co., Ltd., and Viet Phu Foods and Fish Corporation;
(3) Were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after August 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014; and
(4) Remain unliquidated as of 5:00p.m. on the day that this order is entered.

Effective 05/20/2016 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00pm on 05/20/2016.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6104304, dated 04/13/2016; message number 6104305, dated 04/13/2016; message number 6106301, dated 04/15/2016; and message number 6106303, dated 04/15/2016.
