1. On 07/15/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued an injunction enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2, which are subject to the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (A-570-831), for the period 11/01/2013 through 10/31/2014. This injunction was issued in connection with court number 16-00125.

2. This injunction enjoins liquidation of entries of fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (Case No. A-570-831), which:

1. Were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final antidumping duty determination published as Fresh Garlic from the People's Republic of China: Final Results and Final Rescission of the 20th Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014, 81 Fed. Reg. 39897 (June 20, 2016); and
2. Were exported to the United States by Jinxiang Hejia Co., Ltd.(“Hejia”), Jinxiang Feiteng Import & Export Co. Ltd. , (“Feiteng”), Shenzhen Yuting Foodstuff Co., Ltd.(“Yuting”); and Shenzhen Bainong Co., Ltd. (“Bainong) (“Separate Rate Appellants”); and
3. Were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.

3. Effective immediately, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the injunction.

5. The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6190302, dated 07/08/2016 as to the exporters identified in paragraph 2(2) only.
