2. Because the imported product is glycine, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of glycine from the People's Republic of China, including glycine imported by Elan Chemical Co. described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on glycine from the People's Republic of China.
